Role & Scope of ServicesIron Point Energy provides independent electricity rate advisory and market comparison services for residential and commercial customers in deregulated electricity markets.
Our Services are consultative in nature are designed to assist customers in evaluating competitive supply options available in their state.
We do not generate, transmit, or distribute electricity.
Licensing & Regulatory Framework Electricity brokerage and advisory services are subject to state-specific regulatory requirements.
Where required, services are performed in partnership with authorized and licensed master broker entities and/or retail electricity suppliers in applicable jurisdictions.
Licensing and registration status may vary by state.
Customers may request additional regulatory information specific to their locations
Compensation DisclosureIn most cases, compensation is received from participating retail electricity suppliers upon successful enrollment.
Customer electricity rates are determined by the supplier and are not increased as a result of our advisory services.
Unless otherwise disclosed in writing, customers are not charged a direct advisory fee.
Certain advanced advisory services—including but not limited to commercial procurement strategy, load analysis, contract structuring, RFP management, or customized energy consulting—may be subject to a separately to a separately disclosed advisory fee. Any such fee will be clearly outlined in writing prior to engagement.
No utility or Delivery ServicesIron Point Energy does not own operate, maintain, or control any utility infrastructure, transmission lines, or distribution systems.
Local utility providers remain responsible for electricity delivery, infrastructure maintenance, and services reliability.
Switching suppliers does not affect utility service quality or outage response.
State-Specific NoticesCertain states require additional Disclosures related to electricity brokerage, advisory services, and compensation structures.
Where applicable, services are conducted under the authority of licensed partners in compliance with state regulation frameworks.
Customers may request state-specific documentation or additional regulatory information at any time.
Privacy & Data UseWe collect only the information necessary to evaluate electricity rate options and facilitate enrollment when authorized by the customer.
Customer information is not sold. Data may be shared with authorized supply partners solely for rate evaluation and enrollment processing.
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customers information.
